At this time, Zonguie does not accept online exchange requests. However, you can: RETURN YOUR ORDER FOR A REFUND, then CONTACT US TO PLACE A NEW ORDER. Include your order number and return items and a customer service representative will provide you with a return authorization number.

Returns If you are returning an item for a refund, please be aware that you will be refunded for the prices of the item only. Original shipping charges and return shipping charges will not be refunded. Please note that it can take up to 10 business days for the credit to appear on your back statement. -Refund within 30 days. -Items must be unwashed and unworn, in new resalable condition. -Clothing items must have tags attached to be returnable -Items sold within the United States may be returned. Undeliverable Items If your shipment is deemed undeliverable for any reason, it may be returned to our warehouse. We immediately re-stock your order upon receiving it into the warehouse. If you still desire the items, you will need to place a new order on zonguie.com. You will be automatically refunded for the price of the merchandise as soon as your order is scanned back into inventory.
